Breach Actions & Enforcement

If breaches of our Engagement Guidelines are spotted during reviews, or if your conduct threatens whirlwager, its community, or the site’s soundness, the following actions might be enforced if required:

1. Remove misbehaving participants from running Contests;
2. Impose a lifelong block from the Platform;
3. Confiscate any remaining wallet credits;

Event Types

• whirlwager provides two main Event styles: (1) Open Participation Games accessible to everyone, and (2) Invitation-Only Games meant for select invitees. Both styles follow identical terms.
• Open Participation Games
  • For Open Participation Games, whirlwager might arrange contests involving varying team numbers—2, 3, 5, 10, 100, or as explicitly outlined.
  • Certain contests include a sign-up cost, and winners are determined at the contest’s conclusion.
  • Each Game indicates the fewest participants necessary to proceed. If that count is achieved, the game goes forward. If not, it is annulled with a full return.
  • A few contests marked “Locked Games” activate when win conditions are satisfied, even if spots remain. Signup stays open until launch or max limit. If signups fall short, full reimbursements are issued.

Tailored Games

• In Tailored Games, users may form their own matches, distribute entry links, and set team limits to 2, 3, 5, or 10 players. The creator finances the match, names it, and receives a unique League Number. Only the name may be changed later. The creator must input a Facebook or email ID so whirlwager can deliver invites.
• To join a Tailored Game, the invited user must provide the Game Number and pay the fee. Once all slots are filled, new users are locked out. If slots remain unfilled an hour before start, it might become Publicly available. whirlwager makes no promise this option will work or bring others. If still unfilled, complete refunds follow.
• Only invited users are allowed to compete. whirlwager takes no responsibility for system breakdowns or breaches preventing participation.

Responsibility & Protection

When accessing our Services or Contests, you accept to defend, compensate, and exempt us from all liabilities or harm (including court expenses and fines) due to:

1. Copyright breaches tied to your uploads;
2. Dishonest, manipulative, or illegal behavior by third parties, including deceit or wrongful entry;
3. Unauthorized handling, misuse, or misapplication of your login information;

Refund & Cancellation Procedures
